Coronation Court Fountain

For years International Azalea Queens were crowed as part of the Annual Azalea Festival, many in the area above this fountain. Photo taken in late 90's. Many of the photos that I have scanned from 35mm negatives have produced these rather bluish images. I'm working on finding the best way to reduce this effect using Photoshop.
